Our Organic Lavender Gourmet Chocolate is made with our organic lavender that we harvest from our own certified organic fields and certified organic chocolate from Rainforest Alliance Certified Farms, who help protect the environment, wildlife and cocoa-producing farm families. Shipping Note: During warm, summer months the Organic Lavender Gourmet Chocolate can sometimes soften or melt during transit. While this does not effect the lovely taste of the chocolate it can effect the appearance. If you have any concern about melting, we would suggest ordering during cooler months.

GMO and Gluten Free. Contains 41% Cocoa. Organic Lavender Gourmet Dark Chocolate contains : Organic Dark Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Liquor, Cocoa Butter) and Pelindaba's Organic Lavender Essential Oil. GMO and Gluten Free. Contains 60% Cocoa. Organic Lavender Gourmet White Chocolate contains : Organic White Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Soya-Lecithine) and Pelindaba's Organic Lavender Essential Oil. GMO and Gluten Free. Contains 31% Cocoa.

We achieve this by being one of the very few lavender operations to do everything “in-house” — from farming to essential oil distillation to product handcrafting and distribution.

We use only our own organic lavender raw materials from our own fields on San Juan Island, Washington.

We handcraft all our own products right on the farm, and then subject them all to four separate levels of quality control.

We make a point of avoiding the use of any harsh chemical preservatives and not doing any animal testing.

Providing reusable and recyclable packaging wherever possible is just one of the many expressions of sustainability as a core value throughout our operations.
