We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders, all the time, within the US! Be sure to order your lavender gifts early to avoid any holiday shipping volume or winter storm delays.

Order by December 17th for delivery by December 24th.

Even though orders placed after Dec 17th won't likely arrive by Dec 24th, you can still place orders for delivery after Dec 25th and thus extend the holiday gift giving with a New Year's gift!

Gift Services

If your items are a gift, we offer gift wrapping options. (Selection made during checkout.) We will also hand write your gift note on a Pelindaba Lavender card and include it with your gift. Even if you do not purchase gift wrap we will be happy to include a gift note free of charge.

Pelindaba Lavender Rewards

Every time you make a purchase with Pelindaba Lavender, you’ll receive 10 points for every dollar you spend. It’s a great way to save on your next purchase whether it’s for you or someone special. Be sure you are logged into your account and when you place an order your rewards points will automatically be credited to your account. When you are ready to redeem your points for savings on your next order. Log into your account and click on the “My Rewards” link on your account page or from the links at the bottom of our website. Here you are able to redeem your rewards points which will be automatically deducted from the total purchase amount of your next order!

Shipping Information

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Orders are shipped generally within 72 business hours from the time of purchase. Note that due to our island location off the Washington coast, non-expedited orders may take up to 7 business days after processing to reach more distant locations.

If you would like a shipping service we do not offer on our website or wish to ship internationally please contact Customer Service for arrangements. Please note that we use a variety of recycled packing materials whenever possible. If you would like us to use new packing materials, please let us know when you place your order.

Return Policy

Original receipt required for exchanges and returns within 30 days of original purchase. Exchanges and returns are refunded by in-store or online credit. Please contact Customer Service to make arrangements.
