Lavender infusion really comes into its own when producing Pelindaba's exotic Organic Lavender Gourmet Honey. Infused with our organically certified lavender flower buds and essential oil, this wonderful certified organic wildflower honey from Brazil is delicious on toast and scones, in whipped cream instead of sugar, and as an addition to marinades for roasted meats and chicken.

Crystallization of honey is a natural process that can sometimes occur overtime. It does not effect the many beneficial properties of honey. In fact, many prefer crystallized honey for its unique texture and consistency. Warming the honey gently in a microwave or stove-top double boiler is a great way to soften any crystallization that may occur.

If you see crystallization, you'll know it's real, pure and unadulterated honey.

We achieve this by being one of the very few lavender operations to do everything “in-house” — from farming to essential oil distillation to product handcrafting and distribution.

We use only our own organic lavender raw materials from our own fields on San Juan Island, Washington.

We handcraft all our own products right on the farm, and then subject them all to four separate levels of quality control.

We make a point of avoiding the use of any harsh chemical preservatives and not doing any animal testing.
