After much testing and tasting, we have come up with several definitive lavender tea blends using our own organically-grown "Provence" culinary lavender.

Our Organic Lavender "Rooibos" (= redbush) Herbal Tea blend - naturally sweet, low in tannins and high in anti-oxidants - connects our present lavender world to our South African roots. We blend this naturally non-caffeinated, organic rooibos tea with our organically-grown culinary lavender to produce a wonderfully healthy and delightfully aromatic beverage unique to Pelindaba.

Whatever your preference, these exquisite lavender tea blends are stress-relieving and wonderfully refreshing, iced or traditionally hot, and especially when sweetened with lavender honey. Grown in the Cedarberg region of South Africa.

We achieve this by being one of the very few lavender operations to do everything “in-house” — from farming to essential oil distillation to product handcrafting and distribution.

We use only our own organic lavender raw materials from our own fields on San Juan Island, Washington.

We handcraft all our own products right on the farm, and then subject them all to four separate levels of quality control.

We make a point of avoiding the use of any harsh chemical preservatives and not doing any animal testing.
